THE CLEARED HOT! COLLECTION AT THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS
To clarify what is sometimes a general assumption of all works held at the Library of Congress (LOC), the sixty photographs of The Cleared Hot! Collection acquired and held at the Library of Congress cannot be obtained or be freely used through the Library of Congress as all copyrights are owned by Nicholas A. Price and extended to his management and family trust for the future management beyond the artist's lifetime.
The library only has the collection as part of its historical depository that they wished to obtain to fill a major gap in their archives. This is a significant condition of the LOC's acquisition terms.
AS WITH ALL PHOTOGRAPHIC WORKS BY NICHOLAS A. PRICE, we calculate license and usage fees based on any PRE-APPROVED commercial, editorial or other use of any of Nicholas Price's work.
If you have questions whether the use you have in mind is permitted, send your inquiry with a description to PhotographyCollector@protonmail.com
